Installation Requirements:

1. A clearance of no less than 1 meter should be maintained around the diesel generator set. 

   On the radiator end, ventilation openings should be provided based on the size of the radiator core. 

   These dimensions represent the minimum requirements for the generator room, and users may expand them as needed.

2. The foundation for the diesel generator set should be built on solid ground. After compacting the ground, 

    a 200mm thick concrete floor should be constructed, ensuring the surface is level.

3. When constructing the generator room, users should embed I-beams in the ceiling above the unit for lifting purposes, 

    to facilitate future maintenance.

4. The generator room should be well-ventilated, with a level and slip-resistant floor.

5. The inner diameter of the exhaust pipe should not be smaller than the exhaust outlet diameter of the diesel engine. 

    The number of bends should not exceed three, and the bending angle should be greater than 90 degrees. 

    The exhaust pipe should be supported or suspended with brackets to ensure that the muffler, turbocharger, 

    and other components are not subjected to stress.

6. Firefighting tools such as fire extinguishers should be available in the generator room.
