1. Coordinate with electricians to perform parallel load operation and check the operating conditions.  

2. Collaborate with electricians to simulate and test the performance of various safety protection devices.  

3. Measure and inspect the alignment and clearance of shafts, and record the findings.  

4. Remove the inspection cover to observe and inspect the condition of the shaft and cylinder liner.  

5. Apply cleaning agents to flush the cooling system.  

6. Check the quality of the engine oil and replace it if necessary.  

7. Clean the secondary diesel filter.  

8. Clean the engine oil filter.  

9. After every 500 hours of operation, add the following items:  

   A. Replace the filter element of the secondary diesel filter.  

   B. Replace the engine oil.  

   C. Check the tightness of cylinder head bolts and connecting rod bolts.  

   D. Inspect, adjust, and record the valve clearance and fuel injection timing.  

   E. Perform pressure testing and calibration of the fuel injectors.
