By following the guidelines below, significant fuel savings can be achieved:

1. Increase the cooling water temperature of the diesel engine.  

   Raising the water temperature allows diesel to burn more completely, reduces oil viscosity, minimizes resistance, and ultimately saves fuel.

2. Maintain the optimal fuel injection timing angle.  

   If the fuel injection timing angle deviates, delayed fuel injection can occur, leading to a significant increase in fuel consumption.

3. Ensure no oil leaks in the machinery. 

   Diesel engine fuel pipes often experience leakage due to uneven joints, deformed or damaged gaskets. To address this, 

   apply valve paint to the gasket, polish it flat on a glass surface, and realign the fuel pipe connections. 

   Additionally, install a diesel recovery system by connecting the injector’s return pipe to a hollow screw with 

   a plastic tube, allowing the return oil to flow back into the fuel tank.

4. Purify fuel before use.  

   Over half of diesel engine faults originate from the fuel supply system. As a solution, store purchased diesel for 2–4 days 

   to allow impurities to settle—this can remove up to 98% of contaminants. If diesel is used immediately, 

   place two layers of silk cloth or tissue paper at the fuel tank filter.

5. Avoid "oversized equipment for small loads."  

   Appropriately increase the size of the diesel engine’s pulley to enhance the water pump’s speed while operating the 

   diesel engine at a reduced speed. This increases flow rate and head pressure, achieving energy savings.

6. Adjust the injector’s fuel injection pressure. 

   Maintain the factory-specified fuel injection pressure. Regularly calibrate and adjust it using an injector test bench with 

   the help of professional technicians to ensure it remains within the standard range.
